What is Sanitisation?

Sanitisation is the process to reduce the microbial population of your home or commercial building to safe levels.

Pure Maintenance Australia is the only company in Australia to provide the patented dry fog technology.  Our dry fog technology, using a hospital grade sterilant, eradicates pathogens, viruses and bacteria to sterilise your workplace or building.

We use a two-step dry fogging process to kill any existing germs, viruses and pathogens and lay down an anti-microbial film on all surfaces, touchpoints and equipment. This ensures any pathogen introduced to the premises in high-traffic areas, following our treatment, is destroyed up to a period of 90 days. By using our innovative, patented dry fog technology we are able to cover large areas with comprehensive coverage. Our fogger creates positive air pressure, meaning our sterilant fills the entire volume of the room or building until it comes into contact with every surface. As the fog is dry, it does not require wiping up afterwards, nor does it leave a residue.​

How do we use Pure Maintenance technology to sanitise your home or office?

STEP 1: InstaPURE

The first of the Pure Maintenance two-step process is a dry fog called InstaPURE. InstaPURE is a powerful disinfectant that recognizes mould spores throughout your home and destroys them. By turning the mould spore into inert matter, your family can breathe a healthy sigh of relief knowing that the mould in your home is gone. InstaPURE is such a strong disinfectant, it will disinfect any surface it touches. InstaPURE is also used in hospitals, daycares, gyms, retail, airlines, clinics, essential service locations, and company fleets.

  • We fill the property with our patented dry fog which contains our sterilant, InstaPURE. It's completely non-toxic and breaks down shortly after treatment. It eradicates mould by chemically eroding the cell wall and denaturing the protein within, rendering it inert

  • Our fogger condenses the molecule size of the sterilant giving it its characteristic 'dryness'. This means it can't condense, but dwells in the air, dealing with the abundance of airborne mould. We create positive air pressure until the fog reaches every conceivable space in the property.

EverPURE is the second application in the Pure Maintenance mould remediation process. InstaPURE can disinfect virtually any home, office, or other building but what happens when new bacteria and viruses enter the premises? EverPURE is the answer! EverPURE provides a verified 90 days of protection once it is applied. This anti-microbial leaves no residue but sits on your keyboard, door knobs, and every other surface of your home waiting for the next bacteria or virus looking for a place to land. When any bacteria or viruses tries to land on a surface of your home, EverPURE destroys the cell on contact.

2nd Step: EverPURE

Which do you need to do?  One or both?

In every mould circumstance you need to do sanitisation.

This is the only process that will kill the mould particles in the air and reduce the mould load to a safer level.

  • The next step is our antimicrobial film, EverPURE, applied to all surfaces forming a covalent bond. This means it becomes one with the surface: it's both imperceptible and completely safe.

  • EverPURE electrostatically attracts mould spores to it, eradicating them on contact. The mould spores are punctured by carbon spikes which form a microscopic bed of nails to eliminate mould.

Sanitisation in your Home

In many cases, our patented sanitisation process may be all you need to fix your mould problem. However, if you have had water damage you will need to fix this first: this step is part of our mould remediation process. 

Once the physical remediation is complete we will finish with the mould sanitisation process.  This is necessary to reduce the mould load in your home by killing all the airbourne mould and stoping it from regrowing.
