Our air tests are the first point of call to help you determine if there is mould present in your property - these tests are especially useful if you’re unsure if you have mould or can’t see any visible signs of mould.

Which mould strains are present?

We can determine what types of mould are present in your home or commercial property.  Different moulds have different acceptable levels. For example, moulds such as Stachybotris (the real black mould) and Chaetomium are zero tolerance moulds meaning even if only a very small amount is found treatment is essential.  

The severity of the mould problem

Our tests will show you how much mould is in the air in your home or property (spore count per m3) so you can get a real sense of how bad the mould infestation might be.
